What should you look for if you see a battery fault?
- Charge the device
- Replace the battery with a known working one. This will tell you if the battery or Tiger is at fault.
- Charge the battery independent of the Tiger and measure the voltage once fully charged. This should measure be about 4V.
- If the battery measures around 4V then the issue is with the cradle. If this is the case, please email [email protected].
